Dealing with a damaged package can be frustrating, but there are steps you can take to resolve the situation:

  1. Deny The Package

    • If the package is noticeably damaged on arrival, please deny acceptance of the package stating the package is damaged.

  2. Report the Damage to Carrier:
    • Visit your local carrier office or contact them online or by phone to report the damage.
    • File a claim for the damaged package. The post office may require the photos, proof of value (e.g., receipts), and a description of the damage.

  3. Contact us at BluShark Straps:
    • In addition to notifying the package carrier, please contact us. We can provide important information to help with the claim as well as processing a new shipment once a claim as been approved.

  4. Follow Up on the Claim:
    • Keep track of your claim with the carrier office. Claims can take time, so be prepared to follow up if necessary.

Taking these steps should help you address the issue. If you have any questions please contact us and we'll do all we can to help.

Yes, many of our watch straps, including the Nylon, FKM Rubber, and Silicone straps, are suitable for water use. The FKM Rubber and Silicone straps are water-repellent, allowing water to run off quickly. While our Nylon straps are not water-resistant, they are safe for water exposure and will dry over time. Some customers prefer to remove their watch to let the strap air dry, while others continue wearing it, allowing the strap to dry on their wrist.

Leather straps are not suitable for getting wet, as water can damage the material and affect its durability.

Our current watch strap sizes are listed on our website. While we strive to offer a variety of sizes, some collections may not include every size at this time. We recommend checking our website regularly and joining our mailing list, as we are continually working to expand our product offerings.

1) My Watch Strap Is Too Wide Or Too Short for My Watch Lugs

The lugs of your watch, which hold the spring bars and strap, can vary in size depending on the watch model. The most common lug widths are 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm. If your strap isn't fitting correctly, it may be because you need a different strap size.

To help you find the correct lug width for your watch, we've created this detailed Sizing Guide. Additionally, you can watch our video below on how to measure your watch's lug width.

2) My Strap Is Too Thick and Hard to Slide Through the Watch—What Should I Do?

The spacing between the spring bars and the watch case can vary from watch to watch. Some watches have minimal space, which can make it challenging to swap out straps, especially if your strap is heavy-duty, double-layered, or has features like metal-reinforced adjustment holes, such as our Alpha3. Fortunately, this is an easy fix with a spring bar tool. You'll need to remove the spring bars, install your new watch strap, and then reattach the spring bars. We've created a short video below to show you how.
